Good morning Crafty Friends!

Today I have a clean & very simple card featuring Hero Arts Window On Love Confetti Fancy Die. This die set does all the work for you! It's a definite must-have in your stash!

Basically, I die cut the Window on Love die set on Neenah Solar White and just adhered it to my shimmer white front panel. Next, I stamped the sentiment in black and die cut 3 times using a sentiment strip set from Avery Elle. I left it clean for a classy look. Thanks for dropping in. Have a great day!

Happy Surf Day

Hello Crafty Friends!

I'm sharing another card using Newton's Nook Perfect Wave. I created this card for the Inky Paws Color Challenge and had a lot of fun making it. 

The design may look familiar to you as I have used it a few times already. I guess you may have guessed that I really love this sketch! Any hoot, I rummaged through my paper stash and wanted to get all of the elements from a day at the beach on it...Success! The top panel has the sky with birds flying, the right panel has the water waves and the bottom has the beach. It was the perfect setting for this sweet surfer kitty. I actually know a few people who surf so I do plan on sending this to someone. Being that I live on the Jersey Shore...the beach is very popular during the summer months. Thanks for dropping in. Happy Crafting!!

Hark The Herald Angels Sing...

Good morning and Happy Monday to you!! I hope everyone enjoyed their weekend.

Today I am sharing a card with you featuring a new stamp set from Picket Fence Studios Angels Sing. These darling little Angels are celebrating the birth of our Savior Jesus Christ. I also used the Music Sheet Background set from Stampin' Up! for the first time to create a musical background which is percent for these singing Angels. 

To start my card, I stamped, colored and die cut the Angels. The sentiment was stamped and die cut using MFT Stitched Circle STAX Die-namics. I then stamped the music sheet and cut according to sketch and placed on black mat. I used PhotoPlay Nested Stitched Scallops set and adhered everything together.  I added some pearls to finish off my card. I really love this card and the way it turned out. Thanks for dropping in. I Can't Imagine Life Without You

Good morning Fellow Crafters! Happy Saturday to you all!

Today I am sharing a card which was inspired by Hero Arts - Staying Crafty with a Blog Named Hero Challenge. The theme is Everything Old is New Again. My card features the Hero Arts Window On Love Confetti Fancy Die. I picked this up set some years ago and haven't used it in awhile but this challenge gave me the opportunity to create a few new cards with it. 

For my first card, I watercolored a panel of Neenah Solar White with an assortment of Distress Oxide Inks and created this beautiful mixed media look. I die cut the frame with the Window On Love Frame and decided to use all of the fallen colorful hearts rather then the frame for this card (you will see the other card in another post, so please check in later). I stamped the sentiment and die cut using a stitched circle die and paper pieced all the hearts scattered around the centerpiece. I really love how this turned out! I will be giving this card to my husband for Valentine's Day. I sure hope he loves it as much as I do!

Rise with the Tide & Go with the Flow

Hello Fellow Crafters! I'm back again!! I had time to play in the craft room again so here I am with you sharing another adorable card.

I created this card for the current Newton's Nook Color Challenge. I loved the color palette so I decided to play along. My card features a newly purchased product from Newton's Nook called Perfect Wave and it's on sale right now so if you love this cute image, hurry up and grab one! 

I stamped the image, colored with Copic Markers and cut out with my Scan N Cut machine. I then die cut and inked a panel of Neenah Solar White with Sugar Spun Distress Oxide Ink with a cloud stencil and adhered  teal waves paper to the bottom. Next, I stamped my sentiment and adhered my image with foam tape. I used a retired embossing folder from Stampin' Up! called Seaside on beige cardstock and adhered my front panel to it. I'm here to share my DT card with you for Cut it Up! where our theme is This Makes Me Happy. Please be sure to add a die cut to your project to be eligible for Top Cut! 

Today's card features this new sweet digital image from Polkadoodles - Too Cute Wanda Penguin Surprise! After downloading image, I adjusted the size, printed, colored with Copic markers and cut using a stitched circle die. I chose my patterned paper and adhered image to top panel. The sentiment was stamped then cut using a sentiment strips die. Doesn't Wanda look happy?

I Super Like You

Good morning and Happy Friday to you all! I am so ready for the weekend. How about you?

Today I'm sharing a card featuring an old set that I pulled out of my stash from Simon Says Stamp Love You Beary Much. It's now retired but it's still one of my favorites sets. I was inspired by Build Your Stash Holiday Cardmakers Sketch Challenge as it is such a lovely sketch and one that you will see me use repeatedly for all occasions. 

I stamped and colored image with Copic Markers. I heat embossed the sentiment inside the center of the heart and image was cut out with my Scan N Cut machine. I used a paper pad that I found at a local store, Awesome! I finished card with a few gems. Thanks for stopping by. Have a great day and weekend!

Love is in the Air

Good morning and Happy Friday to you all!

My card was inspired my My Favorite Things Sketch Challenge in which I reversed the sketch. It features a digital stamp from Streamside Studios Love You Beary Much. I came across this stamp set or better yet, the Company, because I won a challenge at Creative Knockouts and this was the prize. You should definitely go take a look! They have the cutest digital stamp sets.

Any hoot, I downloaded the image and resized it (love digital images for that reason). Once I was done I chose this pretty patterned paper that I just picked up from Michaels and based my colored image from that. I die cut the image with a double stitched circle die and added some die cut clouds as if she was floating in the air. To finish off my card I added some red gems for some sparkle because sparkle makes everything look better, right?! Thanks for visiting! Have a crafty fun day!

You Stole My Heart

Happy Saturday to you! Any plans this weekend? I'm going to an Escape Room with my husband, son & his fiancé. I'm not very good at figuring out clues and such but it should be a fun family day!

For my card today, I had a special request from a customer who wanted a penguin birthday card for her daughter. I only have Christmas penguins in my stash so I immediately searched Polkadoodles for this adorable penguin Little Gift Theo Penguin. Happy You Day Friend

Happy Hump Day! 

Today I am sharing a birthday card that I made for a close friend of mine whose big day is on Saturday. I haven't seen her in quite some time so I thought this would be a nice way to show her that she is always on my mind.

Her favorite flower are daisies so I pulled out  my stash and found this in my stash. I've had it for quite some time but never used it so this was the perfect time to do just that! 

I decided to create my own background featuring Waffle Flowers Stamps & Dies Daisy Background Stencil. I used Distress Oxide Inks - Spun Sugar and Squeezed Lemonade. I die cut my sentiment Friend 3 times for dimension and heat embossed the sentiment. For a finishing touch, I added a few pink gems. Thanks so much for visiting. Happy Crafting!

Happy Valentine's Day (Puppy Love)

This week I was going through my Valentine's stash and came across this sweet pup from Sunny Studios - Puppy Love (retired). I stamped, colored and cut out the image and ink blended the stencil and die cut the frame. From there I stamped the sentiment and adhered everything together. I hope you love it as much I do!

I used Spellbinders Holiday Blooms Etched Die Set from the Celebrate the Season Collection.  I love this set!  I used white shimmer cardstock and Neenah Solar White with The You've Been Framed Layering Set from The Rabbit Hole Designs and heat embossed with silver for the sentiment.
