It's Your Day! Relax Your Way!

Good morning, Crafty Friends!

This week, we are back with a new challenge, and this week's theme is Transport/Sports. Our wonderful sponsor, Polkadoodles is generously offering a prize of 3 digital images to a lucky winner. Yay! I can't wait to see what you create...Happy Crafting!!

Please head over to our Blog and check out the rest of the wonderful inspirational work from the DT! I look forward to seeing your creation!

My card is featuring an adorable image from Polkadoodles, Golf Cart Gnome.

I began by printing the image on 110# Neenah Solar White cardstock. I colored the image with Copic markers and then fussy cut it out. I used fun pattern paper from Stampin' Up! to create the background. I die-cut a stitched circle and popped the image onto foam strips for dimension. The sentiments are from the retired stamp set A Good Man by Stampin' Up! The card was finished with a few colored sequins.

Happy Birthday

Hello Crafty Friends!

My card features Sweet Friend from Alex Syberia Designs. I love this new set from their May release. This set includes a few adorable mice images and some heart warming friendship sentiments.

I began by stamping the images and then coloring them with Copic markers. I then used a warm gray Prismacolor pencil to add a shadow underneath the image. I adhered a piece of colorful balloon paper from My Favorite Things to the left side of the panel and attached it to a yellow card base. The sentiment is from a retired Stampin' Up! Set. A few pastel sequins and my card was finished.
