Today’s card features a pair that always works in tandem—Santa and his favorite reindeer! 🦌🎅 I had so much fun playing with The Rabbit Hole Designs - One Line Santa 2x6, One Line Reindeer 2x6, and the Holiday Background Builder Stencil to create a clean, modern Christmas design with a little bit of sparkle.
To get started, I pulled out a red A2 panel and heat-embossed the One Line Reindeer at the top in crisp white embossing powder. I added One Line Santa toward the bottom of the panel, also in white, leaving a perfect space between them for the sentiment.
Next, I brought in a little holiday shimmer using the Holiday Background Builder Stencil, adding gold stars with gold shimmer paste. The subtle shine is just enough to give the card some magic without overpowering the simple line art.
The sentiment fit perfectly between Santa and his reindeer—also heat embossed in white—tying the whole scene together.
To finish the card, I trimmed the panel to 4" x 5.25", adhered it to a gold mat, and then placed the layered piece onto a darker red card base. The gold border frames the scene beautifully and adds just the right touch of elegance.
