Today I’m sharing a clean and elegant floral card created as an Altenew Ambassador project, featuring the beautiful Ethereal Blooms Stamp & Die Bundle. This layered floral set is perfect for creating depth and dimension with ink alone, and I love how soft and feminine this card turned out.
I began by stamping the florals using four shades from the Cherry Blossom Fresh Dye Ink set. Since this is a layered stamp set, the multiple pink tones work together to add beautiful depth while keeping the blooms soft and cohesive. For the leaves, I used Green Valley Fresh Dye Ink, stamping the first layer in Grass Field and the second layer in Shadow Creek for natural contrast and shading.
For the background, I wanted to add subtle interest without overwhelming the florals. I used the Altenew Plaid Stencil and softly applied Grass Field ink onto white cardstock. This creates gentle texture while maintaining a clean look. I also left a narrow white border along the left edge of the panel to help frame the design and balance the green tones.
Thank you so much for stopping by today! I hope this card inspires you to explore layered stamping and subtle stenciling in your own cardmaking projects.
