It’s time for a New Paper Funday Challenge, and we’re so excited to kick off another month of creativity! This time, we’re proudly sponsored by Alex Syberia Designs and Newton’s Nook — two fabulous companies bringing endless inspiration. The theme is “Anything Goes” with an optional twist of Changing Seasons, which offers so many fun possibilities.
For my card, I wanted to embrace the cozy, comforting feeling of fall—the warm colors, crisp air, and peaceful mood that come with the season. I chose the adorable Newton’s Nook Fall Friends Stamp Set because it perfectly captures that vibe. Every time I look at this image, it brings a smile to my face—it truly feels like a little warm hug on paper!
I began by stamping the image and coloring it with Copic markers, then carefully fussy cut it out. For the background, I blended fall colors — yellow, orange, and red — through the Autumn Greetings Stencil from PhotoPlay onto white cardstock. This gave the panel a warm, textured look that really captures the essence of the season.
Next, I die cut a stitched circle and adhered it to the center to help anchor the focal point. I used foam tape to pop up the image for some added dimension — I always love the way a little lift brings everything to life!
The sentiment was stamped in black ink, cut with a stitched fishtail banner, and softly blended with yellow ink for a subtle glow. I finished the card with a few orange sequins for a touch of sparkle — because a little shimmer never hurts!
This is an amazing card, love the images and your coloring is top shelf! Thanks for such a beautiful team project for The Paper Funday Challenge.

I agree with you Carrianne! This stamp definitely gives a cozy, autumn vibe! You've done a great job coloring it too. The shading is great! I see that one of your challenges is the Festival Harvest at Dollywood. That sound like so much fun! Thanks so much for playing along with us at Word Art Wednesday! :)
