Stellar Sparkles Instagram Reel Hop | Featuring Altenew Dazzling Jewels

Hey crafty friends!

I'm so excited to be part of the Altenew Stellar Sparkles Instagram Reel Hop, and today I’m sharing a card that truly lives up to the theme—full of shine, dimension, and of course, Altenew Glimmer & Shine Gem Sparkles Bundle!

For this project, I wanted to spotlight soft elegance with a hint of sparkle. I began by creating a gorgeous floral focal point using the Delicate Magnolia Layering Die Set set. I added a soft blend of Frosty Pink ink from the Red Cosmos Fresh Dye Ink Set to the centers of the petals, giving them a subtle blush of color. I adhered the layers together using liquid adhesive, then tucked some foam dots under the top petals to create beautiful, lifelike dimension.

To complement the florals, I turned to the Picture Frame Die Set for some delicate leaf elements. I added rich, natural tones using the Green Valley Fresh Dye Ink Set, which brought the leaves to life and gave them a lovely contrast against the soft florals.

The background really ties everything together: I chose a bold blue panel, added some artsy white splatter for texture, and layered it with the two largest dies from the Ornate Nesting Die Set, which I cut twice from pink cardstock and stacked for extra depth. This framing element gives the whole piece a refined yet playful touch.

Once the background was assembled, I adhered the magnolia blooms using foam tape, then tucked in the leaves with liquid adhesive for a natural, layered look. The sentiment, from the Classic Greetings Stamp & Die Set, keeps things simple and heartfelt.

And of course, I couldn’t forget the sparkle! I finished the card by adding a touch of bling with Altenew Glimmer & Shine Gem Sparkles - Iridescent - the perfect finishing touch to make the whole card shimmer in the light.
