Welcome back to another exciting Colorful Options Challenge! This month, we're embracing the bold and beautiful color GREEN! Not feeling the green vibe? No worries at all! You’ve got the alternative rainbow theme to bring a burst of all the colors to your creation. Just remember—it's all about having FUN and letting your creativity run wild!
For my card, I chose the Stuck on You from Miss Ink Stamps. This charming set includes an adorable porcupine, a few quirky cactus plants, and a selection of pun-filled sentiments that add the perfect touch of fun and whimsy to any project.
I began by stamping the adorable images on a panel of Neenah Solar White #110 cardstock and then colored them with Copic Markers. After carefully fussy cutting them out. I adhered the cacti directly to the panel with liquid adhesive for a seamless look.
I cut a panel of green cardstock using a scalloped rectangle die, then adhered the top piece to the green panel with liquid adhesive. After aligning the layers, I attached the assembled panel to the A2 white card base, creating a seamless and polished look.
The cute porcupine got a bit of extra dimension by being popped up on foam tape. To ground the images, I added a soft shadow beneath them for a bit of depth. Lastly, I stamped the punny sentiment in crisp black ink to tie everything together and complete the card!
