I printed the image and colored it with Copic Markers. Then, I stamped the sentiment in black ink directly onto the panel. I used The Rabbit Hole Designs, You've Been Framed Layering Dies to cut it out and adhered it to a red card base. To finish, I added red sequins for a touch of sparkle!
