My card is featuring All Dressed Up, Boo! I Can See You digital image.
I printed the image in Neenah Solar White #110 and colored it with Copic markers. I cut the images out individually and used a stitched circle for the sentiment.
The background was created using Distress Oxide ink and I used a water brush to move the color around. I splattered some purple inks for added interest.
