Hello Crafty Friends!
Today, I am happy to share with you a card featuring Altenew Lemon Craze Stencil. I was inspired by the Altenew April Inspiration Challenge. I opted not to create another floral card, despite my fondness for Altenew floral sets. When I looked through my collection, I came across the Lemon Craze Stencil that I recently purchased, and then it hit me.
I began by placing a panel of Neenah Solar White 80# on my Altenew Stampingwheel. I positioned my lemon craze stencil on my panel and secured it to the sticky mat. I decided to create peaches instead of lemons, so I pulled out my Altenew Dye Inks Snapdragon, Crimson, Forest Glades, and Navy.
After my panel was complete, I ran it through my Big Shot Plus machine using My Favorite Things Wonky Stitched Frames. I then adhered it to a panel of Stampin' Up! Not Quite Navy cardstock, which was then adhered to a card base.
I used Altenew Versatile Greetings for one of my sentiments. I cut it out on white cardstock and the shadow on Not Quite Navy. I stamped the sub-sentiment from My Favorite Things Itty Bitty Birthday Greetings and heat embossed it with white embossing powder on a strip of the same cardstock mentioned above. I cut it out using a strip sentiment die and glued it directly to the panel. I then adhered the other sentiment with foam dots. I added a touch of Wink of Stella to the whimsical dots to complete the card.
