A little sunshine, a splash of color, and a fabulous flamingo are the perfect recipe for a cheerful handmade card! This tropical-inspired design was all about embracing bright colors, playful details, and creating a scene that feels like a little escape.
The star of the card is the adorable flamingo from the Flamingo Summer Clear Stamps by Whimsy Stamps, surrounded by tropical blooms from the Hibiscus Flower Die Set. Adding soft background details with the It’s Cloudy Stencil and framing the scene with the Wonky Stitched Rectangles Die Set helped bring the whole design together.
I couldn’t resist reaching for a bold and happy color palette to match the fun personality of this feathered friend. The sentiment, “Born to stand out!”, perfectly captures the playful spirit of the card and reminds us that a little color and creativity can make every project shine.
