Happy December! Can you believe it?
Our Colorful Options Challenge is here, and the focus is Christmas with red, green, brown, and white. Cozy, festive, and full of holiday cheer! And don’t forget if you want to create a non-traditional card, the rainbow option is always open.
For my card, I just couldn’t resist using the adorable Elf Swissie Stamp from C.C. Designs — these little characters are always full of charm and personality! I stamped her, colored her with Copic markers, and die cut out carefully so she could take center stage. I wanted her to really pop, so I placed her on a stitched green circle die cut and added foam tape for a bit of dimension.
Behind her, I layered some fun patterned paper that tied all the Christmas colors together, creating a cheerful festive background. To add some contrast, I heat embossed the sentiment in white on bold black cardstock, and I finished everything off with a few sparkling red sequins for that extra holiday magic.
I had so much fun putting this card together — this little elf instantly brought it to life with her playful personality and Christmas cheer. It’s the kind of card that makes me smile just looking at it, and I hope it spreads a little of that joy to whoever receives it this holiday season!
