Hi crafty friends! Today, I am sharing a spooky and fun Halloween card that features adorable costumed critters from the Spook Ya Later Alligator Stamp Set by LDRS Creative, who are seeking treats and thrills.
The images were stamped on Neenah #80 and then colored with Copic markers. I cut them out and adhered them to the panel with foam tape for dimension.
The sentiments are from Lawn Fawn and were heat embossed with white embossing powder on black cardstock. The sentiments were adhered directly to the panel with liquid glue.

Super cute Halloween card! Lots going on in this fun scene. Great background design. Thanks for sharing at A Cut Above's October Challenge partnering with the Double Trouble Challenge Blog.
ReplyDeleteCarrie, what a super fun Halloween card! I love how you created the blended background, then spattered it with black ink - very effective!! For the life of me I couldn't find the moon you mentioned in your description... is it inside the card? Just curious :-) Thank you for sharing your creative talents and fun card with us at Double Trouble!!! -Donna
ReplyDeleteHi Donna and thank you for your sweet comment. The moon was created with a stitched circle on a post-it note and then I blended ink over it so the moon is the glowing yellow ink in the upper left hand corner. I hope that helps.
DeleteWhat cute 'monsters'!
